If this happens it means the product has invalid characters in its description.

1. Open Cockpit
2. Go into Operations / Product Management
3. Find the product that is displaying incorrectly
4. Edit the product
5. Change the description and remove any unwanted characters (Usually the apostrophe symbol pasted from other applications like Word will display incorrectly, replace it with a regular apostrophe - or single quote - for example).
6. Save the product and approve it again if necessary
7. Re-create the closings to see if the problem goes away.
