This is to clarify how the deposit payment/reference number is brought over from NetSuite into Navigator for deposits.

We’ll use Deposit 9800000066 as an example.

For deposits, the payment/reference number isn’t the DEPOSIT # 9800000066. The payment/reference number is the REF NO. field in the Payments tab. For this record, it will have a blank payment/reference number because the REF NO. is blank.

Look at Deposit 9565265660006200 as another example.

The REF NO. is blank for the top 2 payments and will be blank in Navigator. The remaining records have a REF NO. so they will be displayed in Navigator.

Finally, we do have an issue where we cannot save the NUMBER field in the Other Deposits tab into Navigator. This is a NetSuite limitation and there’s no known workaround for this. If there are use cases where we need the NUMBER field from Other Deposits please let us know so we can continue to investigate.
