If you're locked out of your Google Workspace account or just want to update your password, follow these steps.

Reset from the sign-in screen

  1. Go to the Google sign-in page and enter your Park Street email address.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Follow the recovery steps Google shows you (this may include a code sent to your recovery phone or personal email on file).
  4. Choose a new password and confirm it.

Change your password while signed in

  1. Go to your Google Account settings.
  2. Select Security from the left menu.
  3. Under "How you sign in to Google," select Password.
  4. Enter your current password, then your new one.

Password requirements

  • At least 12 characters
  • A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Don't reuse a password from another account

Still locked out?

If recovery options don't work or you don't recognize the recovery email/phone on file, open Slack → Apps → Linear and describe the issue. IT will verify your identity and reset access manually.
